The kitchen is led by Bart van Diepen. His style can be described as unconventional, creative, and rooted in craftsmanship. For our bread and pasta, we carefully select the grains ourselves.

At Ember everything is dry-aged in-house, adding depth, texture and character. With a strong vision, the chef fuses fire and passion into a cuisine with its own distinct identity.
